Brian Basu is the Founder and Principal Instructor at 4Points Project Management. A former Indian Army Infantry Officer, Brian served in counter-insurgency operations and peacetime roles before transitioning to the United States.

With a rich career spanning leadership roles in Project Management, Program Management and Business Analysis, Brian has worked at esteemed organizations like Charles Schwab, AIG, Maximus, Dollar Thrifty, 3M, Whole Foods, Texas Mutual, and Google. He has been a PMO Steering Committee member within several Enterprise Project Management Offices and successfully led strategic Organizational Change Management initiatives.

Brian is dedicated to his passion for Project Management, serving as an instructor and mentor. He is an advocate of PMI standards and best practices, contributing to the professional growth of organizations and individuals globally.

As a lifelong learner and educator, Brian has led boot camps, volunteered at the IIBA Austin Chapter, instructed at the University of Texas Center for Professional Education, and conducted training sessions at numerous companies.

Brian holds an MBA in Project Management from the New York Institute of Technology and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society. He currently holds several professional certifications:
